They typically only bloom once or twice a year, but the flowers last for a very long time. Perhaps it is in need of up-potting to a larger size pot with fresh potting soil. Sometimes flowering is reduced when the plant is potbound.

Hi need help with my lily plant got it of my mum a week ago and the leave are all floppy and some of them had brown ends that’s I cut off. It has only 1 unopened flower. I don’t think it needs watering as the soil is moist. But don’t know what it needs to bring bk to lift any help would be appreciated thanks u

Hi Luci, so sorry to hear about your peace lily!! I totally understand why it’s precious to you. Did it wilt after you cut through it? If so the root system may be set back and it will need time to recover. Keep it lightly moist – not wet, but don’t let the soil dry out completely. Also give it some fertilizer – a liquid houseplant fertilizer that you add to your watering can. That should also help. Keep us posted!! Niki

I also live in Florida and I have two Peace Lilies. One is full and bloom once in a while. the other was a huge beautiful plant and now is thin and drooping. Since it is so humid outside, I thought it would help, but they are still drooping. Should I bring back in the house or leave them outside on the covered patio. I spray them everyday and I’ve given them indoor plant food. What should I do?

My peace lily has been doing well. I water it when the leaves start to droop and then it perks up in a few hours. Yesterday the leaves were drooping, so I watered it, it had been a week, and today a little more than 24 hours later it is still drooping. I have been following the other suggestions regarding sunlight in temperature. Any advice?

I have 2 peace lillies in the same pot. One is very healthy while the other STAYS wilted. I repotted them into a nice size pot. No change. It doesn’t even perk up when I water.
