I steam them as ai would any good heads. They can be a bit chewy but that is good for the teeth.

Now I’m not sure what to expect for the auliflower in the garden bed and the potatoes planted in pots that our grandkids planted and worked on all day to start their very first vegetable garden lol especially since we’re newbie gardeners
